Here's my plan:

"I wonder who he writes these lesson plans for?"
I'm here for everyone who is trying to make a difference in someone else's life. If you are in charge of teaching someone important things about life, then my content is for you: parents, group leaders, therapists (recreational, occupational, physical, or clinical), teachers, coaches of every kind, direct-care staff, mental health personnel ... all are considered and included.
My training and expertise is taking leisure interests and elevating them into dynamic learning experiences.
You’ve got questions? I’ve got answers.
Okay, so ... when you click 'Buy Now' it's gonna to ask you to use your email to create a profile.
Don't worry its free and super easy to do - there's not really any commitment.
This is an e-course platform - it treats you like a student, rather than a customer.
When you create a podia account you will have perpetual access to the content you're purchasing. Think of it like you're enrolling in a virtual classroom.
Every course I sell includes a written lesson plan that outlines how to use that specific activity to deliver an experiential education moment. It's meant to provide a comprehensive but easy-to-follow blueprint.
Each written lesson plan will contain the same outline: topics addressed, target population, activity type, foundational concepts, materials/equipments lists, space and set up requirements, delivery instructions, suggested processing questions, and pro-tips.
Additionally, the course will contain any supplementary files you need - as well as their printing/construction instructions.
My ultimate goal is to also provide a recorded instruction video that reviews the content and also demonstrates things better explained in video format - but that's a future goal.
Hooo-boy. This should be an easy question to answer ... but it can be complicated to get it technically correct without it being a run-on, convoluted sentence that actually makes sense. Let's see how I do...
A Recreation Therapist uses the leisure and recreational interests of their participants/clients to achieve therapeutic goals. Those goals include specific health and well-being objectives in a variety of domains (physical, mental, emotional, relational, or spiritual).
Basically it boils down to using fun to help people get better.
Okay. You got me. No one has asked me this EVER, let alone 'frequently.'
Uhhhhhh... Believe in yourself, hydrate, try new things, be kind to yourself and to others, one step at a time, dig deep, invoke your higher power and sometimes have dessert first.
